When I check the rack's subcomponent simulation physics checkbox, the rack cannot stay still and spins around like a top until it separates from the other rack and stops. Why is this happening?

First, can I ask where you are following this course - there is updated content and this is retired on our site and udemy the content is going to be archived.
As for why, it is as if there is some kind of wind or something. I can’t actually say what is going on here. It is as if something is causing it to be pushed around.
Honestly, this course section is effectively retired and I would highly recommend only following the new content.
