Section 7 lecture 202 question about baking

Alright so I was able to fully accomplish and replicate the previous (lecture 201) or as close enough as I could get in the video. It looked exactly like it!

I was able to bake my model, but unfortunately I was only able to bake the texture rather than the mesh.

The texture popped out so well that it looks like a mesh in their.

Alright so my question is how would do I replicate my mesh model after the more detailed one?

I just put on a subdivision surface modifier on the circular one. Put them on top of each other tried to replicate the same way as the previous, but unfortunately I just keep baking the texture. I get a new normal map when I bake, but when I go to render, as well as render image it does not appear to look like my new model, which has a lot of random shapes everywhere.

Instead I just keep baking the texture. :slight_smile: to look more realistic.
