Hello all, I’d like to share a tip for those who are using Blender 2.9 who may not know this, when the instructor mentions to apply the subdivision modifier, in the video the “apply” button is show clearly, but in the 2.9 update, the “Apply” button is relocated to a drop down men right beside the “X” on the top right. Click on the drop down menu and you will see the apply button. Hope that helps

Or you can press ctrl+A while hovering over modifier
