About this nice render, I have a question about why there is light outside the walls… was it intended? Or is it configured a bit too big or a bit too close to the wall?

I like your render! Those cobblestones are so uneven, looks like a great messy floor. I agree about the torches – the ‘Radius’ of the point light sources looks a bit too big.

Here’s my own results from the section. Using Cycles renderer. I added a blue moonlight coming in from outside a door offscreen.
