Okay, so I have wandered far afield. I’ve create the directory as instructed, there are no files visible in Sourcetree, it simply says “nothing to commit.”
The git folder is invisible as well, no matter my options settings. I’ve already ruled out malware for that. But I can see it when I click on “Open in Explorer.”
I have no idea how to proceed.
