I could be wrong, but I’m going to guess it’s a cellphone.
The little “camera” is up in the corner of what would be the top of the cellphone. The small “plugin” area at the bottom would be for charging the cellphone.
The 3 buttons along the side that’s “up” in this render, would be 2 for the raising and lowering the sound, and the 3rd would be for turning the cellphone on or off.
Of course, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cellphone with the sound buttons on the same side as the on off button, but that would be easy enough to fix. 
I WAS RIGHT!! Out of curiosity, I just searched the HTC m9 Rosadea mentioned in the title of the thread. IT’S A CELLPHONE!! 
Lol, I guess I didn’t do a great job if you can’t tell. It is a cell phone.
Haha, HTC does that with the buttons. It’s a pain.
