this is my first projet on modelling at all, even my first time I dedicated my time on art,
so I wanted to share you my little castle. I mainly used what i have learned with section 1 of the courses and try to apply everything i could do on it

Very nice castle. Great gate details, portcullises all sorts. Even Suzanne got in there!

I agree with @NP5 as this is really nicely done. The only thing I think it needs is stairs to the areas above each gate, or the guards won’t be able to climb up to check what’s going on outside the gates for security checks.

Indeed I didn’t think enough to the guardian posts, It can be useful to add a stairs x)
nice job, you could put something to fill the internal area and maybe even the external one without exaggerating with the details, I think the green walls make it look too “fake” but that depends on how you like it.

following your tips, i have made some update to fill the empty =)
about my wall, it was to represent a grass wall, without mesh i can understand it’s not so identifiable xD

Yes, those are very nice additions. I wasn’t thinking of such intricate stairs, but I’m liking how they add to the scene.
