Can’t say I used much extruding beyond the main cylinder. I wanted more detail than extruding out blocks would have given me. Hardest point was the propeller blade. I couldn’t find a shape that would give me what I wanted. I ended up rotating the faces of a cylinder inward to get that smooth edge. It put the face on the back side which make it look funky back there. Perhaps there’s another solution. Another thing that would have been helpful is knowing how to mirror a rotation of an object. With the legs under the plane I had a bit of trouble getting it in the right position once duplicated. Anyone with suggestions on how to more quickly rotate things to a perfect mirror image?
