I created this game to practice my skills. Also I want to convey the issue about sea turtle and trash. It’s far from ideal and complete, but I decided to share this version first.
You will play as a sea turtle (by mouse), trying to travel as far as you can go.
The health will continually decrease. By eating food (leaf, shell, shrimp) can recover some health.
But if you eat trash (bag, can, bottle), the turtle’s stomach will gradually become too full and sick to eat anything, indicated by the bar on the upright place. And the only survival way is to get the medical help.
This design is inspired by the sea turtles’ suffering in the real world.

Really nice, the concept is great, thanks for doing this type of games, but it’s not without its flaws which I’ll point out:
- I had to stop playing not because I wanted but because my eyes got tired, the trash and food blend with the background, it gets really hard to see. A common “game design” philosophy is; never turn your game into an eye exam.
- The looping water sound is a little annoying.
- The slider looks like a slider.
- The medkit doesn’t fit the theme: Medical wastes are one of the major dangers in our oceans, picking a medkit to get back to health seems unintuitive.
Overall you did a great game, hoping to see a version 2 soon.

Wow really really appreciate your feedback !!
They are great suggestions and encourage me to keep developing it !
I am not skilled at game developing now, so sometimes a small bug can stuck me for a long time and get frustrated I haven’t expected to get such a great comment from this prototype, and it’s really encouraging, thanks a lot !
