Hello, I just wanted to ask if is this course (https://www.udemy.com/blendertutorial/) going to teach me something about sculting?

Thanks for the great question.
The Fluffy Bunny section which in the new 2.8 content will come after the game assets section of the course will teach you metaballs and sculpting and then you can move on to our characters course which although at present in 2.79 is still followable after this.
The characters course will teach you humanoid rigging and animating and alsao creating a low poly character that you can learn to animate.
To further your skills in this course as well is the human head which will follow on from the fluffy bunny section as well.
Theres more to come in 2.8 as we draw closer to the end of the year
