Hi Nalini,
Have you already tried to restart Unity and Visual Studio? If so, try to click the right mouse button in your assets folder, then on “reimport all”.
If that didn’t help, close Unity and VS. Then go to your project folder and delete the sln and csproj files. Launch Unity again.
