I had fun making this one. @Grant_Abbitt
The eyes were added using bevel on a single vertex. Followed by joining the upper and lower vertex.
Barney looks like he needs a coffee, or? 
Gave the little skin flap a try too. I used the knife and then deleted/added faces.
