Instantiating GameObject (PlatformsPallet) from Tile (Rule Tile) at (-1, -2, 0) causes an infinite loop. Stopping at loop 11.
I ended up just deleting it and creating another rule tile. And that one worked.

Did you create the new rule tile like this? Or did you use a different configuration for it?
Before deleting the tile I moved the project over to a newer version of Unity. I still had the error in the new version, but after deleting the rule tile and creating a new one I didn’t run into any more issues.
That sounds as if the rule tile was buggy. That sometimes happens in Unity. You did the right thing by recreating the object. Thanks for sharing your solution.
