Since you’ll be pretty much creating everything yourself while following the tutorial, there shouldn’t be any problem other than minor changes in some tools, like Cinemachine.

Yee is correct, there are no changes needed to run this in 2020, and I recommend new users to the course use the latest LTS of Unity 2020. Upgrading your project from one version to another carries inherent risks of data loss (especially when you cross major versions), so it’s best to start with the latest LTS available.
