In the Instructor hangout, we were asked to give feedback on the challenges, as an instructor myself I know how important that is so here’s my take.
I generally like the challenges, it’s nice having some problems to solve rather than just following along with the code written in the lecture. However coming from the 3d course, I generally prefer Ben’s challenges to Ricks, because I had the feeling that Ben’s challenges were always about taking what you had been shown and extending it, while some of Ricks challenges were solved before you began if you had been following along.
Difficulty wise I would say most are just right, some of Ben’s were too hard if the extension was too long while Ricks was a bit too easy sometimes
