Ok I didn’t know where to post it since it’s more of a feature request for the website but, would it be possible for you to implement a retractable sidebar for the lectures “menu”?
It would do wonders for working on a single monitor in side-by-side windows.
Currently, when you do that it looks like this:
and it would be wonderful if you could minimize it to look more like this:
or maybe even just do away with it completely when minimized.
It’s not really necessary 99% of the time you use the site. You only really use it when you want to jump over to a different lecture which is seconds of interaction versus literal hours spent watching the videos.
I can get it to go away by fiddling with the browser inspector and because of the way the site is designed it will actually stay like so unless I reload the page, which is nice, but I feel like it would be almost trivial to have a toggle button to change the width of it.
I realize you’d have to test a change like that for multiple screen sizes, browsers etc. before committing to make sure there is no impedance to the service but it’s still a relatively small change that would make a big difference to the usability of the website.
