Hi! I have a problem when I use a snapping tool my retopology mesh penetrates deep into the character and I am unable to transfer it to the surface. How can I change it?

The screenshot can be done by Blender itself, via the ‘Window’ menu bar top left hand side.
On that menu drop down is ‘save screenshot’.

It is about Blender Character Creator for video Games, lecture 6: Retopology New Blender 4.2 Content. It look like on the photos. It seemes like some faces are invisible, but I don’t know why this happened. Can I fix it?
Check where your vertices are snapped to the underlying object (in X-ray mode). The faces spanned up by these vertices lie below the objects topology. Try to place the vertices in your problematic areas on the extremes of your topology (the valleys and the tops), and add loop cuts (or use insets) if more resolution is needed.
Not sure what problem you are experiencing!
But when the vertices and edges are only visible and faces missing, then you need to fill them manually …
