This was fairly simple. I actually mucked around a bit trying to remember the name for the header, though. I think I first hit file browser, only seeing file and my mind immediately went to file menu (which is not the same). I then went into user preferences, thinking I could find a section that says which layout to use (no luck, there). Finally I saw info and remembered that that is the header I wanted to use. From there, I just set it to default.
