Request to go along with Vertical Levels update

Since there was talk of adding in Vertical Levels next, it would be really cool if you included some info about using positional height (y axis) to take into account or modify things like targeting range / attack range, and using modifiers that you find in most strategy games like Final Fantasy Tactics and XCOM (e.g., raising/lowering accuracy or doing more/less damage based on relational and objective height positions).
