I cannot find the remesh section under dynotopo. Can someone help me?

In short
‘Dyntopo’ does dynamic topology (adding more mesh when you need it).
‘Remesh’ does the same but for the whole object

Both dyntopo and remesh options are in your image top right area of the 3d window menu bar. You have dyntopo ticked, on.
Dyntopo does not ‘remesh’ the whole object. They are separate things.
