I got the body down to 29k and wanted to get a bit of feedback. First is 29k low enough considering I still have to do the head. Second is my edge flow good so far, are there any areas that need improved? I can provide close ups of areas if needed. Thank you in advanced.

There are lots of tris here and there. An ngon on the mid back.
It is fine but probably could be better if wanting a supercritical view.

that is super helpful, I saved it to my class folder, thank you so much! Iām thinking I should shoot for around 25k polys because I did some research and found that Ellie from The Last of Us was 25k polys.

How low is low?
It depends on the usage of the model. Zooming in or out the camera view for example and seeing the details you need at that moment.

Age old question that has no answer. Low poly is about what the end use can cope with. All end uses vary.
