i should have asked this a long time ago but how in the world do i make a new method out of the highlighted code on PC. its not the same.

The option should be inside “Quick Action and Refactorings”. Have you already clicked on it?
yeah but it only works 2 out of 10 times because instead of making a new method itll try to fix my code.
