Realistic lighting

I tried multiple options for lighting to see the differences.
The door has emission and Glass added, Both (1) Emmision/Glass Door and Window transparent with light portal, both (2) are glass and transparent with world lights. the window is glass and transparent with a light portal,

Oh I forgot… I think what I would do is add a light portal to the door also to cut down on the noise and just go with transparent and/or Glass on both.
