Reached the end of Project Boost

Finally finished project boost, I really enjoyed it! Got to admit that understanding the math for the code took me about a month but im pretty sure im 50% there :slight_smile: . Creating the teaser video was an interesting experience since I’ve never done video editing before. I didn’t get it under 20 seconds but I spent a week on it and I just decided to rather move on and take it as a learning experience for next time :slight_smile:

I have to say that all the time you spent truly showed, this clip is excellent, imagine how many more new things you can create as you improve each day. Unfortunately I cannot play the game right now to give feedback, but it seems very good. Keep it up!

Your game looks great, controls are tight, I won’t be giving anymore feedback than that since you already said you want to keep moving forward, but maybe as a challenge, you could add a Lives system so the game doesn’t reset every time the player dies.

I definitely would like to revisit Project Boost at some point, I’ve been back and forth doing the course while also separately doing school work. So to prevent burnout, I just decided to take Ben’s advice to move on and come back when i feel more experienced with Unity but if you have any thoughts please let me know, I’ll take them down as notes moving forward :grin: (also thanks for the feedback you already put out, much appreciated!).
