Re-Import of assets?

In lecture № 99. “Object Collision” it is told to rename old assets to “SM_Door_OLD” and so on. But in the end I cannot import new files as it says:

"Do you want to overwrite the existing asset?

An asset already exists at the import location: /Game/Models/SM_Door"
And if I press “No All” - nothing happens.

Isn’t it going to be the same result if instead of renaming to _OLD and importing another asset I simply use this:

I mean the collision is updated. Are there any downsides of doing it one way or the other?

That’s what should happen. You didn’t want to overwrite so it didn’t import.

I guess, but when you try to repeat everything shown in lecture step by step, after the “No All” button was pressed you can see another window pops up and after that a new asset with the new name is imported

But since there’s no difference between doing that long way-around and simple “Reimport With New File” - I’m glad that works the same :slight_smile:
