You can randomize textures easily by adding 2 nodes to the existing nodes in this lecture. This also works with colors, hue, saturation etc.

Interesting use of new geometry nodes (add vector) . Not existing when the lecture was made. But possible with old nodes too. Adding the random element to the mapping location. (I used a value on the scale to make the random granite texture I had ‘zoomed in’ big enough to show the differences)
