Well… I could not simply do things simple. Not my way 
I decided to have a training exercise in 3D modelling and making it suitable (in some future stages) for game that we are developing.
So this is a submarine supply platform or something like that, probably set up in the hard ice surface somewhere in ocean beneath the ice on Jupiter sputnik Europa.
