Quixel Bridge Not Connecting

Having trouble with Quixel Bridge. I’m getting an error: Failed to restart background service. It won’t let me sign in on neither Epic or playstation account or save a Library Path in Preferences. I’m finding an answer on the internet saying I need to delete the app data for Bridge but I’m unable to locate that on my Mac. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Troubleshooting steps taken:

1. Log in to different accounts
2. Reinstall Unreal Engine
3. Attempted to delete plug in but then Unreal plugin list wouldn’t load for me to re-apply it (had to undo move to trash and it’s back now with same issue).
4. Attempted to add a library path but the prompt wouldn’t save.

Unfortunately I’m not able to find a definitive answer to the problem. However, it seems like Quixel support has run into this problem before.
