[QUESTION] Is there a problem with sharemygame.com?

I finally got my CYOA game to build (took ages; I had to reinstall Unity ), and now I’m trying to upload it to sharemygame.com. But it’s taking forever. The zip file uploaded without any difficulty, but after that I just got a spinning progress indicator that says “Processing”. It’s been like that for over 20 minutes now. In the video on the upload page, it looks like the processing should only take a few seconds. The “Having Problems?” link at the bottom of the page is dead, so hopefully someone in here can help.

Here’s some information that might be useful:
Unity version: 2019.1.14f1
OS: MacOS 10.14.6
Browser: Google Chrome version 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)
