When I’m adding a roof to my houses, how do I know which angle to use? Can they be at any angle or do they have to relate to the vanishing points?

I still don’t quite understand the roof angles. I’d say they’re roughly at a 45 degree angle right now but they’re not pointing towards the vanishing points. So does that mean these could be any angle, such as 30?
I think it sthe alignment so as long as they are generally pointing that way it should look fine.
The buiilding you have on the left side of the drawing lines up with this, For the taller ones as long as they look towards the vanishing point that was okay.
