Question about colors

So it’s been bothering my quite a lot that I can’t see anything on my screen or barely at least

I tried to change the colors of my objects for peace of mind but it’s all grayed out.

How would I go about changing the terrain color and the color of my object ??

After some extensive googline I was able to change it.

My eyes finally don’t hurt anymore.

For future students wondering how this problem was solved: Just create a new material in your Assets folder, give it a colour and assign the material to your mesh. Create one material per colour/effect.
