How do we access these New User Tutorials and Advanced User Tutorials?

I cannot find them, ergo, I cannot attempt to complete them.

Any suggestions?

Send the message “Display help” to @discobot. It will tell you how to start the tutorial and the other things it can do.

I currently know how to do the following things:

@discobot start {name-of-tutorial}

Starts an interactive tutorial just for you, in a personal message. {name-of-tutorial} can be one of: tutorial, advanced tutorial.
