I finally managed to get through this part after nearly tripping up on the part where Mikey does the extrude thing for the ramp 
but I persevered and figured out what he was doing after 3 attempts, lol.

Most people have problems with that part.
It’s part of learning blender.
With more Blender knowledge, you do it on your own (different) way.

Good ramp. Now a set of steps up the back and it can be a Mayan ski ramp!
