Well I had to use CTRL Z a lot … loop cut … my favourite 
ended up moving few vertices at the back of the top pyramid … again and again … then managed to move the loop cut on each side without moving other vertices, and I couldn’t select the faces of the right side rail with the left side rail, it was selecting the face in the middle of the ramp, I call it a slide it’s more fun I’ll play with that when I’ll be more able to translate my full ideas in blender. I had to select edge by edge, then extrude Z + snap and then select again and F fill, then I finished to extrude and it looks ok. To be improved…

May be it was a lot of work. But that’s Blender!
And the end results counts. Which is a nice pyramid with ramp (no stairs).
