I am a huge fan of your courses 
You could mention in the course for the .fbx export that you can create profiles. That way you don’t have to go through all the settings again before each export.
Please continue with your really good work
Why don’t you share your wisdom on creating profiles for .fbx files? 
But I’ve already done that
Profiles can be selected via the drop-down menu marked in red. A new profile can be created with the plus button.
So first make all the settings, then press the +, give it a name and it’s saved
