this keeps showing up in my game, sometimes probuilder puts it in just changing window layouts… why is this happening?

When exactly does that happen? Were you able to figure that out? Did you press keys on your keyboard?
What you could try is to remove the ProBuilder asset and to install the latest stable version. I think there is one in Window > Package Manager.
this was from the package manager… it was happening a lot and then it stopped…
ProBuilder opens a create shape window that can hide under your full screen unity editor… if this happens to you… close that window OR restart unity.
