So, really the only problems that I have heard about when using namespace is that when using statements(? not sure if that was the correct terminology) from multiple namespaces, the programmer or anyone else reading/editing the code may get confused on where those statements are coming from and, in turn, will have a more difficult time solving whatever problems that may occur.
