Ben replied to my review, but when I click “load more”, it ties do load but nothing loads. I use Google Chrome, but I also tried internet explorer. Anyone have a fix for this? I would like to read his reply.

The standard response is clearing the temporary internet files/cache etc.
After that you would be best contacting Udemy directly, either using their online web form or via support@udemy.com.
