Problem with Holes extrusion

Hi all,
I’m getting something wrong. I know that the holes are too small, but when I extrude the holes i get this horrible result: the edges are sharp. what am I doing wrong? I did inset, edges subdivision, to sphere , then extruded.

you have a lovely high resolution mesh… mine is only 1400 or so faces… compared to your 5000. If I Subsurface my ball to around 6k faces then my holes become razor sharp to : )
