Problem with ball on Block Braker

So I was going through the lecture for Extreme! Tuning!, and the instructor said to bumb up the values to see what happens. And I noticed that sometimes if my ball moves fast, it will go through the unbreakable blocks or sometimes even through the paddle and that causes you to lose the game.

Any tips on solving that or how to handle that?
Explanation why it happens would be awesome aswell, thanks in advance

Have you already tried to set the Collision Detection of the ball’s Rigidbody2D component to “Continuous”?
