Problem uploading preview of game

For some reason, every time I try to upload a preview of one of my games, it always says it’s too big. I don’t know how it can be too big. I made sure it was mp4 and very short.

Hi Penny,

The maximum size for an uploaded video is 10MB, what is the file size of the video you are trying to upload?

If your video is larger than these you can always upload your videos to YouTube and then copy/paste the unique video URL into your post, your video will then be embedded in the post, just as if you had uploaded it directly.
