Problem in first rig

I am wonder what is the line between both eyes in picture1

it is a relationship line, I clear relationship there r nothing changes.

I tried to rotate both eyes bone
it look like this

I delete the eyeL bone and add a bone new in edit mode but it became like picture 4

I’m not sure, but do you user also EMPTIES? And isn’t there an EMPTY missing in one of the eyes.

One bone isn’t connected to the EYE. Only as a CHILD to the PARENT (neck) bone.
