Problem bones rocking/movment edit/pose modes

hey guy it not causing me trouble yet but when I flick between the armatures edit mode and pose mode all 3 bone stem, lower arm and upper arm rock afew degrees. its only movment in the bone it doesn’t move the mesh’s of the arms at all

any clue what will cause this

it would help if you can show us some images, but … my first inexperience guess is… bad parenting?
