Player and enemies standing and moving in the air

Greetings, hello.

I’m not sure but I guess my problem start in this lecture but I’ve realised this just yet.

In edit mode ↓
(y positions are zero)

In play mode ↓

I tried to remove them, and reset their positions 0,0,0 in prefab edit mode and and add the game again, problem didn’t solved.
Game still playable and they can move across the map without any problem but there is that margin between Character variants(player, enemy) and ground.

Try adjusting the NavMesh Agent’s offset value. This offset lets you adjust each character so it’s properly grounded.
