Placing Ability in Slot Fills All Slots

I mostly have this working as intended but it seems when I place an ability into one ability slot, it fills every slot. Anyone have any idea what I’ve done wrong? Not totally sure what code it would; Action Store maybe?

Solved my own issue shortly after writing this; the slots have an Index marking them as different. Mine were all set to Index 0 in the inspector and therefore basically were all treated as the same.
