Pivot Point Challenge

Scaled the default cube to a height of .1 and applied it. Duplicated it and moved it out of the way (in hindsight I could have just hidden one). Renamed the original as “Door Frame” and dup as “Door”.

Focusing on Door Frame, in edit mode I extruded each vertical face by .2. Then I removed the middle faces. Then I filled the missing faces.

Then I hid the door frame, and moved the Door back to the origin. Then, in edit mode, I moved the origin to the top middle of the -x edge of the door. Then exited edit mode.

Back in layout mode I moved the door to the correct place and rotated it locked to the y axis.
