Personally the Core of this game should be refined or good responsive movement…
2nd layer is quality level design to provide a decent challange and not be 2 easy. and layers 3-4 are any other secondary objectives (beside getting from A to B) or providing other types of incentives such as fuel depletion… currency for a shop (which could lead to a 5th layer which is customization/colors.
