Performance Issue when Rocket is selected AND in Normal mode (vs. Debug)

Noticed an odd thing as I was playing around with the flight. If the rocket is selected while in Normal mode (vs. Debug) the thrust and rotation are much more sluggish.

If I unselect it in Normal mode it works fine.

If I change to Debug mode it works fine as well. Anyone have that issue or know why it happens?

There is a strange bug in Unity which prevents the rocket from flying properly when it is selected in the Hierarchy. Try to select something else and click into the game window once to set Unity’s focus on the game window again.

I don’t know, though, whether this bug is related to your problem. Bear in mind that the game view is nothing but a preview. It is always a bit laggy.
