Hi everybody. i am in the process of buying a pc for blender. is there anybody knowing aboute hardware?
the pc i like has following specs:
Intel Core i7 7800X Prozessor ( 6 Kerne / 12 Threads, 4.7Ghz )
ASUS X299 RGB-Mainboard
32GB DDR4 Quad-Channel RGB Arbeitsspeicher
AMD Radeon RX 6800XT 16GB Grafikkarte (wie RTX 3080)
2000GB Nvme SSD
cost 2000.- usd
what do you say? should i buy it???

I think you marked your topic in wrong section (unity instead of Blender).
Go with NVidia GPU, not AMD for Blender. Otherwise this configuration is more than capable. I would check if AMD CPUs of similar parameters is not cheaper. You might also want to take a peak here: Build your own 3D hardware configuration

because it is a buy or not buy situation, i decided not to buy. i posted it also in another forum. they said very clear, no buy. the hardware is too old for this price.
ufff im happy when this search for pc is over. im tired of reading about cpu gpu mainboard etc
