Left is about 5k polys and the right is 1.2k polys
I think I may have extruded off center a tiny bit on the base (less than .00001 cm) by accident as i forgot to lock to z axis. I’ll have to look out for than in the future.

The right one is missing a ridge at the base … no worries!

they are a little different as i was practicing dissolving edges to reduce my poly counts. I should have preserved some of that geometry to keep that detail

revisited my pawn and got it down to 1.4k polys and no subdiv surface and pretty happy with where my pawn is now
